The Owl

We started early this morning - we arrived to the training hall at 7 am and trained before work. It has been so hot recently and the afternoons are just too hot for good training. 

We leave for the World Championship in less than 2 weeks, so we need good training now - which is why we now start so early that the temperatures are still bearable for dogs and handler. 

So a walk in the woods and then training before work. 

And the temperatures have actually been nice today - 20 degrees C and cloudy. The weather was just too perfect, so we decided to make the most of it and had another training session in the training field on the way home. 

Another dog walk and now I am ready to a relaxing evening. I think the boys are too.

This is Gollum in the hall after our morning session. The owl is a squeaky toy, which he won at the show last weekend. 
And the rose in the extra is our prop for his Me & My Girl routine.
