Staithes

A lot of people will recognise this place, made famous by the wonderful photography of Joe Cornish.

We spent most of the day wandering around here and I think I took a zillion pictures.

At one point a replica of the Endeavour sailed by firing it's cannons! That set all the seagulls off, of which there are thousands, covering the place in seagull sh!$ and they were very noisy! All adds to the ambience!

We then finished the day with fish and chips in Whitby and Jeff bought me a jet necklace! All in all, a grand day out.
