Thursday: Elysian

My external meeting didn't really provide any decent shots so, given that I am very attracted to signage, I thought I would go with this. I can't even claim to have gone into this particular coffee shop.

My meeting was very interesting, though. It was with a city councillor and we had a very in depth discussion about the forthcoming mayoral election. It promises to be pretty interesting.

I found myself in the midst of a very entertaining conversation between two colleagues today. It was all about the benefits of cashew milk, vs almond and soy milk and which was better to put on your chia as it soaked overnight. It almost ended up being a parody of itself - all very Vancouver.
