A rose by any other name

A strange day - went to the hairdressers this morning and when I got back I couldn't settle - pottered here and there.  Phoned my daughters - Amanda is doing fine and seems to be getting there.  S is doing well and it was lovely to catch up with her.  
Thanks to Biker Bear - Anni _- for hosting. Took this flower when I got home - it is in next doors garden and is a beautiful apricot rose.  She has loads of flowers and I have permission to go in when I want.  Although it was beautiful - I fancied doing something different with it.   Turned it into a drawing and put an oil painting filter on.
Did some sewing this afternoon and almost finished my skirt - just a button and buttonhole to do.
