Work

Back in today after an unexpected month off. Unexpected in itself and also duration. I don't feel 'improved' but being off had stopped helping and I knew the longer I left it the harder it would be.

I really don't know how this is going to work out, or not. I need it to be different but I don't know how to make that happen.
