Still Crazy After All These Years

Heard a theory the other day explaining why the years seem to past faster as you grow older - it's all down to percentages; when you were 6 , a year was 20% of your previous life. When you are 56 , the last year was only 1.8% of your previous life.

Took the day off today, up at 7 to run 12k in the rain up the hill and down. Out for lunch and walk with L&L through the vineyards
