Day 3

A rather warm night so not such a good nights sleep. Got out late and went to visit Audley End House. Brunch was taken there and a visit to the house while the midday sun beat down. We later walked in the grounds ( one of Capability Browns masterpiece) and the old kitchen gardens.
We then traversed another county boarder to visit my godson and his lovely partner Sian who we had not met before. A splendid evening was passed time flies when the company and food are so good! Yes I will have to go on a crash diet when we get home!
Back to the Barrow for the last time before the haul home, leaving the family behind seems to get hard of late.
