After three days of constant, often torrential, rain and an unprecedented third consecutive day of kei ho (severe weather alert), I am wondering if we should sell our flat and move into one of these. Trouble is, I'm not sure if all this climate change malarkey means we are heading towards Waterworld or Desertworld. Whichever it is, I absolutely do not approve; I'll have to write a letter!
