Wombat for Wombat

A smiling wombat.  What more could you ask for.

A very special speaker today, Sally Arnold from Wildwood Animal Sanctuary, who brought a Euro joey (type of kangaroo) a Potaroo (which could be mistaken for a car sized rat, but is a rat kangaroo, and super cute), a couple of Eastern Grey joeys, and a red kangaroo joey and a Tamar Wallaby.  As you can imagine the audience went bonkers over the super load of cuteness.  Oh, and two wombats - the common wombat pictured above and the hairy-nosed wombat - so called because it has - guess what - a hairy nose!!

We can always guarantee a large turnout when I can promise animals.
