Batteries not included

I have been baffled by the inability of my radiators to heat up in recent weeks and spooked by them suddenly working on 2 random occassions.

I have fought the urge to call out the boiler man, cringing at potential costs and avoided bleeding the radiators, as this is yet another thing I have to 'relearn'.

Anyway, glad I didn't get a boiler specialist in at an extortionate rate. That would've been embarrassing - seeing as the control panel just needed new batteries. Doh!
