Toad of Toad Hall!

L and I walked round the loch in the Heritage Park this morning. I haven't been there for a couple of weeks so it was good to check on the the many geese families and the one family of cygnets. The water level is certainly much lower but there is still plenty for all.

On our second circuit we spotted this toad just sitting on the path. It didn't move a muscle or blink while we stood and watched and even after we walked on it remained right in the middle of the path as an obstacle to be avoided.
