Pillar and the Ennerdale Valley from Great Gable

After serving breakfast, we had the rest of the day off - so went out for a run / walk. Starting at Honister, we managed Great Gable, Green Gable, Brandreth and Grey Knotts. Walked to the top of Great Gable, then ran the rest.

Sounds a lot, but in fact was only about 8 miles.  It was wonderful to have slightly cooler weather and real clouds!
