Loch Venachar

We did a club walk today which took in Loch Venachar; it was hot, but we were afforded some shade from the trees around which was very welcome.  It was a bit warm for 8 miles, but we did it!  We had two young Canadian lads with us and they thoroughly enjoyed their day, even walking with us old codgers......

Had a lovely social hour in Aberfoyle, over the Duke's Pass, and were able to sit out in the shade and enjoy our drinks.....
