Al’s Curly Perm

Dad and I spent a few hours at Blackpool Zoo today. I am slightly principled against zoos, in that I hate to see the enclosed animals, yet I can’t help but love to see them and know that they are extremely well looked after. It’s a fine line. To be fair, for the most part their habitats are extensive; the only one I felt sorry for was the Amur Tiger. It did not have enough space in my opinion. They always pace along the edges; no matter how well fed and loved they are, I can’t bear to see it.

This llama was so amusing.....just love the moptop left on its head after being shorn!
