Billericay Brewing Company - Brewery Tap

Summer Beer Festival.
The Imperial Stout (7.5% ABV) that  has been filled into the BMWC's First Fill Sherry Cask (having previously stored our Bruichladdich for 15 years) was available to taste sans whisky aging.
The cask aged stout will be available in late Autumn/ early Winter.
I suspect that the months in sherried oak will either make it even more delicious or else make it almost unpalatable - can't wait to try it.
