Grocery shopping.
We drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. An hour or so before low tide.
Seals on the rocks and in the water at Kiel.
One Gannet slowly soaring over the sea at Carskey.
A few people on the beach at Carskey.
At Carskey we walked along to the far end and back. Apothecary7 had a short paddle. Fergus was on his lead because we could see people at the far and of the beach and weren't sure if they had loose dogs.
Afternoon telly: F1 from Silverstone.
Later Apothecary7 was painting. BBC Radio 2 was on in the background.
