Open air songs of praise

Our annual combined outdoor songs of praise notice contained the usual phrase 'if wet, in the Parish Church' but there was absolutely no chance of rain - in fact, as several members of the congregation are farmers, rain would have been very welcome as we have had none for over 3 weeks!
It was lovely, sitting under the trees, with a gentle breeze, singing some of the old favourites and some new ones too.
