Wintersweet......

......is a modest little shrub full of surprises. It shrugs its way through summer days with only green foliage to show. Then in the middle of winter when branches are bare, it bursts into blossom and fills the garden with its honeyed fragrance.....so tender and sweet it's one to keep.....but not always easy to blip.

Monday.....bright, sunny morning and cloudy afternoon. A day of sorting through overspecs as perscription sunnies are no longer an option....a process which takes time, I really need to be able to layer/adjust for differing light.
