In spite of the gloomy weather report it was a fun day and The Boss closed his ring thing (on his iPhone) and earned ice cream for desert. but the real news of the day was the birthdays and The Lady of the Piano (piano lady) https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2462868187021053815
celebrated getting older in style (extra) while another walker “D” hit the big 8 thingie and invited us all round for cake and bubbles after our walk. I stayed to guard the Bossess’s car and generally dry out after The Boss had a brief stop at our apartment to towel me off and change his muddy boots.
The second extra is the Lovely “D” who won The Boss’s special award for the lady that looked less likely to be having the Birthday she was having…..Is that clear? …Right!
