Joint effort

Mum started knitting the squares for this blanket quite a long time ago and had subsequently given up on it, so I volunteered to finish it off. It should have a knitted border but as I ran out of yarn, the best I could do was to crochet one.
The care home has a summer fair on Saturday so it might be going for sale... they're hoping to raise enough for a minibus!
