Late Dinner

Being stuck in a tunnel 3 minutes from King's Cross for over an hour was only the start of travel troubles. It appears that the heat has gone to the heads of Londoners and caused them to run amok onto train lines.  Someone had gone off the end of the platform and climbed a gantry so the  power had to be switched off. Then when we got to Vauxhall the trains were in a mess because of further train chaos. We did finally arrive at our destination.  The next morning we had a few trains stops to get to Wimbledon, and thought we might never get there as trains were once again in chaos due to someone being on the line.

I do hate London travel. The only consolation is that our LNER train tickets will be refunded 100%.
