This general store and Post Office is in a little village outside Penistone. It caters for everyone - from washing powder to bottled beer, ice-cream to light bulbs. I had to pick up a parcel today, and was struck by the Quadruple Rollovers, Triple Lucky, 4 million here, 1 million there, Monopoly Money, in-your-face advertising... Pandering to the greed in us all - and the possibility of winning big for a very small stake, whether you can afford it or not...
