Reflexive pain

so I am learning to do things one-handed
somethings are easier than others - 

quick blip from the kitchen door - possible
clothes onto hangers hard
making a cup of tea easy
opening a tin hard
walking Kassie - tricky

remembering not to reach out to catch something - impossible
and oh boy does that hurt!!!
