Looking after poppy

I spent the morning final litter picking then helped put these poppies from the knit and natter group under the tree. There was a worry the schoolchildren might pinch them on their way home so I sat on a rug reading my book until the judges had left and we could remove them. They are in my car ready for Wednesday morning, The main judging day. Today’s outcome was we have nothing to worry about!!!
