Our Tree Swallow family.

We have been watching the tree swallows go in and out of their boxes but never were sure if they had laid eggs .... well this morning on my walk i saw about 8-9 of them on the hydro wire...and one was feeding a smaller one, so i guess that answers our question!

Had a laser treatment and short massage from Rae this afternoon, we have decided to try twice weekly laser treatments with some consistency and see if we get any results.   I trust Rae and she is doing such a wonderful job of trying to figure out what the problem with my legs is!!!
