Raymole!

When I first came to Sutton Baptist after uni, I was an intern and one of my jobs was making name tags for alpha... Cath asked me to make one for “Ray Mole” but I took it as being “Raymole” (I imagined a Caribbean man) and got thoroughly taken the mick out of for the subsequent name tag that he was given on arrival!

Today was his 70th birthday party, and he and his wife, Elaine, had us (D2 group) round for a wonderful BBQ complete with prosecco!

Then Val, Laura and I had an impromptu soak in their hot tub!! (Val had brought her swimming stuff! And Elaine leant Laura and I bikinis!).

Particularly great fun that Paul and Ju could look after kids for me to go! (Sam was at B.B.).
