Another lovely day

Some of the newly planted flowers are now flowering. The better established plants can be left to cope on their own but I’m having to water these on a regular basis. Most of the water butts are completely empty. The sky went quite grey this evening and I hoped that it would rain but no luck.

My son and girlfriend took the boys for a walk this evening in Micheldever Wood in the cool.

HtP and I ate dinner in the garden and then went for a walk around town. It’s pleasantly cool outside but so hot in the house.
