It was cloudy, cool and slightly wet this morning. It didn't last. Normal service was resumed by lunchtime.

Listened to the ex Brexit Sec who resogned just before midnight yesterday. Mid afternoon Boris followed him. What a mess. 2 years of needless infighting and stasis. At least 8 boys have now bet recurred from the Thai caves.

OK day at work. Some writing, some meetings.

Then to A's to look at a fence. Home by 6 to catch up with the news and another al fresco dinner with Molly flaked out. It clouded over by 8 so back inside to finish Series 4 of ' Engenages'.
