Tim Grierson tweeted, "Being angry all the time is exhausting and corrosive. Not being angry feels morally irresponsible." 

I gave a presentation this morning filled with effusive, effervescent enthusiasm and energy. It was well received. No one seemed to think it was excessive, just a welcome change from typical staff meetings. 

I took some beautiful pictures of flowers for Trish. I took this for me with an inexpensive manual lens that has great aperture.
