The Princess Bride.

Bedtime is wild at Max's house.  He likes to read books about Star Wars, sword fights and Batman. The problem with action books is they are about all about action, the opposite of slumber.  But any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his deep and continuing needs, is good for him.


Max was having an impromptu sword fight with a kid at school and he said, "My name is Indio Montoyo.  You killed my father.  Prepare to die!"  His teacher, wanted to know what that was all about.  I guess, she is not familiar with the characters in The Princess Bride.
