The Biennial starts in a few days time and in preparation various bits and pieces have started appearing.

The last two Biennials were less than spectacular and I had hoped this one might be a bit better. On this showing, I’m not so sure, but I’ll defer judgment until I’ve seen a bit more. The piece is a reference to underground Liverpool - things like the Williamson Tunnels and the dock now buried under Liverpool One.
