Chiropractor check of all the dogs before the World Championship - they are all fit and well. 

We left home at 7.30 this morning and came back at 8 pm. It has been a long day.

Wonderful news from Thailand - everyone saved from the cave. 
Sad news from my friend in England, who lost her dad today. 
Life is full of ups and downs.
