The Many Adventures of Minny Blipper

Minny turned around and saw that Marie, Monsieur le Chef and the Mutt were all about to get on the bus.

Come on Minny shouted Marie.  What on earth are you doing - honestly, she muttered to herself, getting this lot together is like herding cats.

And Dad, for heaven's sake get rid of the knife.  If the police person sees you, you'll be in deep........

Sorry Marie, cut in Minny hurriedly.  I just got the paper, thought you might like to read the lead article, seeing that you are the heroine and all.  Marie rolled her eyes, and at the same time blushed fetchingly.

Come, let's get on ze bus, said Monsieur le Chef.  Zis could be ze 'oliday of a lifetime.  All togezzer, it will be such fun.

Sure it will - in a forest full of bears and snakes and other horrors.  Not to mention the close confines of a caravan.

With that, the journey started, and for once Minny didn't see an awful lot, and nodded off to sleep.

The next time he opened his eyes, the bus was drawing into a stop, and looking out of the window, Minny saw.........................
