Access To Utopias

Strolling through Neuchâtel today, buying some apricots on the market, eating them on the terrace of the Château with beautiful views over town and Lake Neuchâtel. Later on some light meal near the water and passing this piece of art, named „Un accès aux utopies".

It already appeared in a blip some time ago, but it keeps fascinating me. In the extra the same structure from a different angle.
