A nice leisurely lunch at henderson's veggie restaurant with C & K. As usual - before it - I wasn't sure how the suggestion of a meatless meal would go down. And - as usual in hindsight- we didn't miss the meat at all.

Afterwards we went to M&S for a few things whilst I bravely blipped this NED getting chucked out by security.
