Busy day

Never slept very well seen every hour on the clock eventually got out of bed at 4.45 listened to music done some cleaning and laundry .went to the supermarket and done a grocery shop with my support worker.
Met up with bb then met up with his daughter and son in law and granddaughter we all went to the allotment and watered it 
We were all amazed how much the allotment has come on came back and watched some of the England game started making dinner meditaranian chicken and vegetable stew relaxing now listening to the radio
