Belongs to the so-called "priming system". This system can be used to fill the watersystems with demineralized water after i.e. an overhaul.
Disadvantage of that is that there is still oxygen present so most of the time we first fill the condensatesystem and deaerate the water in the condenser, which is under vacuum. After that we fill the feedwatertank which is a deaerator too.
