My day.....

...... has been small flying things :) We put the moth trap out last night and got 29 [ and several more that got away] with 14 species represented. Then we went to Barns Ness to fly the drone and found some beautiful Burnet moths there as well as 4 butterfly species - in fact for one butterfly there was ...as R said... a complete fluttery of butterflies! The caterpillars will hatch into Cinnabar moths at some point.
