It's the passion

Did my first yoga class today and was a bit bewildered by the jargon. However, I loved the session and felt that I had benefitted from the stretching exercises and have perfected my downward dog. Following the hour and quarter yoga session I did the one hour zumba class.
I definitely deserved the relaxation session afterwards, on the terrace in the sunshine having coffee with a few friends.

As my son and family were at a wedding all day I visited their house to let their dog into the garden. Extra is a picture of him sitting on the outside sofa, wondering what I was doing there.

My blip is of their passion flower which is laden with fruit. Is it edible?
