Attracting Butterflies

Day three and my best run to date. Less than a minute down on the winner. Three Brits in the top four places.

Glad of our early starts to avoid the worst of the heat. I left my French 5day Orienteering top over my rucksack. This rather splendid butterfly took a liking to it although it was rather disappointed at the lack of nectar.

Not a lot of sightseeing opportunities today so feeling the effects of our runs we returned to our gite for refreshments and a bit of carbo loading for tomorrow. After tomorrow’s run we find out who will be in the chasing starts for the final day.
