Lady In Waiting

Alfie has been watering mum and dad's garden while they have been away. I went over with him tonight to do some deadheading before they come back tomorrow. he's actually done a brilliant job and the garden's looking good. He was very worried last night about some of the flowers in pots that looked 'really droopy'. I was relieved to find said 'droopy' plants were actually a couple of pots of fushias, looking very healthy.

At school we had our new children in. They were lovely, very confident and seemed to settle straight in. Shame they have to wait until September to come back. My class spent the morning in year one and seemed full of it when they came back.
