Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

Gazza the painter arrived this morning to do the kitchen and hall. When we were arranging the time for him to do this job, I suggested 2 options:

1. The week before I go on holiday so we can get cleared up before we go away
2. While we are on holiday so I don’t have the disruption on my week off before I go in holiday.

We went for option 1.

Gazza informed me that his wingman is ‘tied up on another job’ * so he will be in all week on his own, but won’t get finished.

I think this is his revenge for having to supply eight testers before I finally decided on a colour which is a midgie’s ba’ hair away from the colour that is already on the walls!

We decided to escape and went to visit Mary Doll and Victor. We took Murphy out for a walk, where to his delight, there was lots of horse poo for him to feast on. I didn’t let him lick my face for a while after that!
