Muttering sweet nothings....

We went all the way back to London to see a couple of matches at Wimbledon!!  The second match with Jamie Murray and Victoria Azarenka was great!  They were playing Jean-Julien Rojer and Demi Schuurs.  He was the stronger of that team but it was Azarenka who was really good in her pair.  JM had something wrong with his leg and was not running around the court as much as he usually does. The last game went backwards and forwards in a really long duel.  Schuurs was serving.  If she had won her game the outcome might well have gone the other way!  Apparently they missed 4 match points before winning but Schuurs also missed some so it was a very long game!  The crowd was very excited!!!

Odd notes:  
The strawberries and cream were delicious!
It's cheaper to get a taxi than a bus to the ground!  We  took a taxi on the way there but a bus coming back. Glad we didn't walk because its a hill you go up and then down each way!!
The food and drink was not as expensive as expected and there's lots of it.  You can bring food in unlike some venues where even water is not allowed!
The flowers were fabulous.
Henman Hill was covered in people!  Really crowded!
Wish we had had more time to see all the courts and some other matches!
Exhausted but a good day!
