Autumn Light

One of the few bonuses of this time of year is that the light (when available) is beautiful at just about every part of the day :D This is Corra exploring the dried field on our afternoon walk. She was enjoying her recall practice and being asked to find Loki, who was lazily sniffing around the place.

I have about 90 lbs of meat to package up .... ggaahhhh. The worst part of raw feeding, at least tiny dogs - having to make small, daily rations. At least the whole quail are really easy (and both dogs think they are scrumptious ;) ). We are heading down to my parents' house tonight to get an early start tomorrow on doing more work on their deck. Here's hoping the weather is as nice tomorrow as today!
