Supergirly Boy

This morning as Girl and Wife went swimming Boy and I went on a lads trip to a jumble sale. Boy slept through most of it. I didn't buy that much, just some fancy dress outfits and a couple of books. On the way back Boy (now awake) and I popped in a charity shop where we got some skateboards pads on the cheap for him which he happily wore as he ate his lunch.

After lunch some of the fancy dress was tried on. Boy took a real shine to the supergirl outfit and refused to take it off. In fact the thought of it being removed for a nappy change made him so upset you would have thought I had given him some kryptonite to play with, (in fact it is just Girl's new cuddly hedgehog in a builders hat).

So in the afternoon, whilst Wife and Girl went to a birthday party, Supergirly Boy and I went to the cemetery for a scoot. It was a bit cold so he had to wear a hoody over his cape but he was happy all the same. We bumped into another Dad while we were on our way home who thought Girl had shrunk at first before realising that it was actually a SuperBoy in a skirt.
