Acupuncture this morning followed by a wander around town and a quick coffee or two!
This afternoon we drove along to Burton Bradstock and spend some time chilling on the beach. JP went on for a swim but I resisted the temptation. Then went to Cogdon and walked down to the beach there. An interesting place with lots of plants growing on the beach.
