Potential

Just round the corner lies this piece of land and it doesn't even have a notification about a planning application posted outside its gates. Just along the way a little is another plot, rather less gritty than this, which holds an application for a bowling green. The existing bowling green is scheduled to become private dwellings.

So what does this plot need to do to get noticed? To get its foot in the door? To become a developer's fantasy? That's what I want to know.
