Attacks on Gaza

I took several photographs today but events in the last few hours have taken a turn for the worse and, unfortunately, many people are now taking far more important photographs of the aftermath of tonight's Israeli attacks on civilians.

In an attack which reportedly targeted a funeral, at least four civilians, including teenage boys, were killed and at least 26 others were injured. The hospitals are calling for urgent blood donations.

There have been three Israeli airstrikes since, reportedly targeting an open field, a brick factory, and a group of militants. One militant was killed and another injured.

Israeli F16s and drones are in the air over Gaza and I can hear the sound of intermittent explosions in the distance. Palestinian militants are firing homemade rockets and mortars. I'm busy checking new websites, Facebook and Twitter #gazaunderattack for updates.
