Black Country Day

Today in Nursery we were celebrating Black Country Day the children made up the Black Country flag using the flag taped to a straw and paper chains ( chainmaking was one of the local industries) using strips of black, red and white paper the children also borought in cakes and biscuits, crisps and sweets which we shared out as a little picnic and the school provided them each with a tub of ice-cream.
