Because it cheered me up

The one bright spot in a potholed, litter-strewn car park in a decidedly iffy part of Bournemouth.  Nearby the Bourne Free LGBT+ festival was operating under canvas, behind barriers, surrounded by security guards.  Not very free.  But I suppose the rest of us are to blame for that.
